Mine stopped working after two weeks, when I kept getting the message "Please insert an SD card". I've tried two different cards, and the cards would work for a few minutes before seeing the "Please insert an SD card" message.Amazon return process only offered refund, not replacement, but the shipping back is free, so at least I took no losses other than time spent.Update: Telico contacted me on 9/21/2016 to let me know that they've updated the camera (I assume it's a firmware update, not new hardware). I'm adding a star just for them following up, but no more than one star since I have no way to see if the update makes a difference.

This might be long but please read if you are thinking about getting this cam.Pros: it record in very high def, night record very clear and bright.Cons: I have place an order of 4 of these already for 3 family cars. However, I ended up have to return 2 of them simply because they do not work. It would automatically turn off when I start the car, and some other times it says no SD card detected so I have to take it out and push it back in many times ( once every 30 secs) the most annoying is that and it keeps automatically turn off and turn back on, (twice every 2 mins)

LOVE IT! Works great, lots of cool features, and I have not had a single issue with it as of yet.Also, you'd be surprised at how many cool things you get to record.The only negative, is that the camera has a 10min battery when not plugged in, making the parking mode (records if the car moves enough when parked) kinda useless in my opinion.Overall I'd say it is a must for people who drive every day.

Read This Part First! The camera itself is awesome and deserves a 5 out of 5 star rating. It does above and beyond what it's suppose to be doing especially at that price.My main issue is the mount, not the suction cup (like the camera it does its job well and I have never had a problem with adhering) but the two points where the camera and mount meet. Both the lug and the slot are something to be desired. The lug on the mount is a tight fit and I mean to the point you feel your going to brake it getting it on let alone off. And the recess where the lug locks into is made from a thin almost flimsy plastic that is integrated into the cameras frame. Those two combos resulted in the slot warping out and no longer keeping the camera secured. And the lug's locking tab also warped out of place and snapped trying to use it after re positioning.Another nuance is that in the heat (which can also play a huge factor with the thin plastics) is that the locking ball on the mount tends to loosen up and needs re tightening.Over all again the camera is a perfect 5 out of 5, but the mounting system is it's falling point. There is no point of buying a replacement mount since the slot in the actual camera is also warped. But truth be told I will probably figure out another way to mount it, like I said it is a very good camera.

Basic camera, takes great video. Battery doesn't last long, and I've had issues where it loses the date and time, but it's not that hard to put it back in. Taking some video to police today of an accident it captured (I was not involved).UPDATE - I registered the warranty when I bought this by sending an email to them. 18 months later I got a reply to the email, with a word document attached that had a Trojan. Their website is now a blank page - BEWARE

Really complicated to use and the instructions are hard to figure out how to use it. The instructions just say what it is and what it can do instead of explaining how to do those things. I wouldn't buy again and it's not worth the hassle to ship it back and all that just to get my money back. I would love my money back cause this isn't very good. It's also a cheap quality. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Easy to use, not difficult to set up, has a really great field of view. The only thing you should be aware of is that the battery is basically non-existent. I charged it overnight and the next morning it died within five minutes.

Love the image on the screen of this camera. The videos taken are also very clear. Night time video is quite good. It won't give you a great picture in complete darkness, but there is usually enough light (headlinghts/streetlights) to get a sufficient image. Very happy with the seller and I would gladly buy from this seller again. The wide angle lense is wider than many other cameras in this price range. I will likely purchase two more.
