I still have no idea how to review this book without giving away the plot. All I know is that KL is an evil genius whom I never want to end on her bad say in fear she kills me off in one of her books.😂😂On a serious note, Boomer officially has a permanent piece of my heart! (Sorry, Donna!) This book picks up where Boomer's first story left off with him being the new president of his own chapter. He's still having detrimental thoughts, but in his new role of guiding his men, protecting his new city, and of course with Scarlett's unwavering love and support, he really transforms into the person we all knew he was. I love, LOVE his evolution!!As for how hot the sexy scenes are, I have one word for you: bathtub. You are welcome.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥I don't want to spoil the actual storyline, but just know you will be laughing one moment and crying the next. These ladies are absolute savages on my heart, but I can't get enough of their words! I'm so obsessed with this series!!If you haven't started this series yet, go do it right now!!! This is seriously the best series I've ever read!**I received an ARC of this book and these are my honest opinions!**

Boomer's Rise started off on a high happy note but let's face it, no matter how it comes about the enemy is right behind the Ruthless Kings. This book made me laugh a lot, the characters are ridiculously funny, childish, but in a good way, we all know men act like children sometimes. Boomer has finally know what it's like for Reaper. He does get annoyed but he loves them like crazy, with his Scarlett by his side he can do anything.There's this quote I read in the book that makes a lot of sense to me, it resonate with me deeply.💣💣💥If there is one thing I’ve learned in my life it’s that love is fleeting.💥 Love is rare. You convince yourself you have forever to say it, but you don’t💥. Forever doesn’t exist, not really; 💥not when life is in the hands of the woman called fate who,💥 by the way, runs this world💥

The Atlantic City Chapter is here and coming in… hot! Rising from the ashy mess that the former chapter left behind is no easy task, but the new and improved members are up for the battle. Boomers rise features a cast of characters that we know and love who we get to know better now that they are no longer stuck in the background and are allowed to take center stage. Characters like Arrow, Kansas, and One-Eye shine and become more alive in this rebirth, while the readers are introduced to several more quirky and lovable newcomers. The struggle is real as the members try to make amends for the sins of the ones who came before them and reach out to a wounded community. Possibly most important is the continued relationship of Boomer and Scarlett! These two have always had a scorching connection and in this book it is no different; however, you do get to see a softer, sweeter side to the duo that left me swooning. Like yin and yang Scarlett and Boomer complement each others strengths and weaknesses to become the power couple they need to be to see the Atlantic City Ruthless Kings to its full potential. This Book made me fell every emotion; anger, anxiety, happiness, excitement, curiosity, sadness, and many more. So buckle up, its going to be one thrilling ride! While this is the beginning of a new series, you will not understand, or get as much joy out of the content without first reading the rest of the Ruthless Kings Novels.

Beautifully broken, Boomer and Scarlett's relationship is the stuff dreams are made of. They are the embodiment of soul mates. Their connection, the support they give each other every single day, was at times, funny, sweet, comforting and above all passionate. My emotions swung back and forth between laughing out loud, chortling and tears. The life and chapter they are building in Atlantic City is quickly becoming my favorite. I don't know what the future holds for them but I can guarantee you, they will travel together, always. K.L. Savage is growing as a writer by leaps and bounds. That is saying a lot when they were already an amazing storyteller. Such a phenomenal read, I cannot bear to give this story any less than all the stars in the galaxy!

I was trying to push through this book because it's been sitting on my kindle for a while, but now I remember why I never read it and why the author sounded familiar.I didn't like Reaper - couldn't get into the book - so I should have known this one would be a struggle as well, except I didn't recognize the author as the author of Reaper until I saw it in her "other book" section.I started losing interest in this book when Scarlett called her cl*t (starring here out of respect) her "sweet button".So, I scrolled to the end to see if the book would even be worth reading, but it ends in a slight cliffhanger, so nope. No, thank you.

I purchased this book via Amazon and am leaving my review voluntarily. This is a spin off of the Ruthless Kings Vegas series. Read book 2, Boomer; Ruthless Kings MC - Vegas, first for best enjoyment.Triggers:talk of sex trafficking, depression/suicidal thoughts, violence,Spoilers:This is a continuation of Boomer and Scarletts story. Initially, I was a little bored. Alot of introspection on Boomers part and back and forth with Scarlett.Then the story changed and hit you right in the feels. (Grab tissues) I look forward to reading about the rest of the guys in this chapter of the Ruthless Kings.

Boomer's Rise is about just that...his rise from the ashes! Boomer's previous book was about his struggle with life and his demons, and this time around is him trying to overcome those things, with the help of the other half of his world Scarlett and his own brotherhood, he thought he never deserved, the Ruthless Kings Atlantic City chapter.K.L have outdone themselves yet again with a portrayal of a "phoenix" rising from the ashes, a man who thought he was incapable of love, incapable of life itself, but it just goes to show whoever you are,however hard it is, you can always rise from it, rise above it...you can do anything!This is an awesome start to the RKMC and I can't wait to get to know the other guys...this is definitely a tear-jerker, but yet another 5 star recommendation!You guys rock!

As usual in the ruthless collection this book is amazing it hits the feels in all the right places.. so far I have the full collection and will be getting the rest as they come out. This is one of those sets that I can read and re read time and time again...keep it up every story is truly fantastic I'm amazed at how the stories to keep coming and bringing new life to each member..

What a great start to a new series that I'm sure is going to be bigger then the one before it. Boomer and Scarlet are a match made in heaven and the Merry men of Ruthless Kings made for an enjoyable read. I love the cantankerous old coot Homer who reminds me so much of my grandfather . And I look forward to seeing the men find their happily ever afters.

To a new series. I would start with reading the Vegas chapter first because it would make this book more enjoyable.

Great first book for this Ruthless Kings Chapter.Boomer might have to fight the demon in his head but he his a good president. The end of the stories broke my heart but i can’t wait for the next books.This chapter will be another great series.
