I was previously using an emollient called Cetraben between courses of Eumovate which worked wonders on the inner arms. However, my hands were not so fond of the greasiness and I would quickly develop Discoid eczema. I wanted to be using steroid ointment less frequently. Child's Farm fragrance free hand cream is a game-changer; it absorbs quickly enough that I don't get a greasiness issue and discoid eczema, all without drying my hands out and making them prone to more skin lesions. I cannot exactly describe what it does or how the balance between moisture and quick absorption works but I can say that this has changed my view on organic products! I would recommend for anyone with sensory issues!

This cream is a miracle in a tube. I was left with a rash on my hand after covid which was dry flakey and cracked to leave horrendous cracks on my fingertips. I tried everything even 'the cream for working hands' this cream really worked. I tried this one as it was unfragrenced and fir children so I thought it wouldn't sting like others have. This cleared up the cracks and soreness with in 5 days

This is brilliant stuff. I bought the unfragranced and also the grapefruit scented cream (which smells lovely) for myself. I have used expensive hand creams for years but this is as good, if not better than any of them. It's also amazing on dry legs and feet and has made a dramatic difference to my cracked heels. I would highly recommend.

I bought this for my 8 year old to take to school because within a week of going back when schools reopened, her hands were red, rough and scaly and starting to crack and bleed. She used after every hand wash at school and by the end of the week there was a massive improvement.

Unfragranced but smell really bad, a chemical kinda smell. Can't use ut.

This is a miracle product. My hands were so sore and chapped with the constant hand washing due to Covid. Within 24hrs of using this cream they were 95% better. The redness had reduced and the soreness was nearly gone. Within 2 days my hands were back to normal.
