I have a slight bladder prolapse issue. It has been ever so slight for the past 10 years, but recently I've noticed it getting a bit worse. It is mostly aggravated by my workout, particularly when I'm holding weights in a laying down position and then go to get up or doing core exercises. I will not do surgery. My mom had this surgery and she was incontinent after that (I am not incontinent at all, thank goodness), and she said the surgery made things worse. I was dismayed that I might have to stop working out. This product has made a noticeable difference in a short time. I use a vaginal sponge (Sea Pearls, medium) only when I work out to keep some pressure on the weak wall inside me. The sponge was uncomfortable at first so I cut it to a shape that suited me (made it smaller) and after wetting it, inserted it with some lubricating fluid so that it wasn't so scratchy. If done right, you'd never know it was in there and it put enough pressure on the weak wall to allow a full workout. I've been weak there for 10 years, so I don't expect a full recovery overnight. I am curious to see if I am symptomless in 6 months or a year because things are remarkably better already. I wish I had started this sooner. I'm taking 1 teaspoon twice a day with as warm of water as I can tolerate without burning my mouth because it dissolves best in the warmest water. I try to take on an empty stomach. This product has helped the prolapse a lot but has also had the unexpected surprise of benefiting my skin, probably because of how it helps the liver. Research astragalus. My skin is super soft, less dry and just looks better. I'm sticking with this product and hope they don't raise the price because its kind of expensive.
