I’ve used this product many times.

I have a constant post nasal drip (PND) which causes me to cough and often gives me a sore throat. I was told by my head and neck surgeon that the ancient Asians had it right when the put the Neti Pot into use over hundreds of years ago. Just rinsing the sinus cavity of the allergens and debis that collect there, helps immensely. I find this to be true and have now sold my entire family on Simply Saline. The same principle as the original Neti Pot in a much more easily manageable form. I use it several times a day depending on the need but find it extremely convenient and also readily relieves the congestion and the annoying PND which for me and too many others, and that constant clearing of the throat! It is also very useful for just moisturizing the nasal passages, as in if you have to use Oxygen therapy. Or if you live or work in a very dry climate. Be it a climate from just dry air or air conditioning. It is extremely useful if you have many airborne allergies. This product will keep your sinus passages well moisturized and cut down on the damage caused by dry airways. These can easily become infected due to lack of not enough moisture to make enough mucus to offer protection.

I found out from my doctor that the nasal sprays at the drug stores (other than saline) cause more stuffiness if used for more than about 5 days. The chemicals used cause "rebound." He recommended saline (salt) sprays as they don't cause "rebound." He's right. Saline is the way to go.

Thought I had ordered two for one, but it was one for one. Should be better indication at the website.

I have been using this product for years. Unfortunately I did not receive the product as pictured. They sent me the one with the yellow Arm and Hammer label that contains bicarbonate. I wanted the pure product that I have always used, that is to say SIMPLY saline. Bait and switch, ya think?
