Excellent !
Great Yorkshire puds, good price for gluten free. Very fluffy

They do not rise as much as the normal Yorkshire puddings but just as good
I found the mix on Amazon as I have just been diagnosed with lactose intolerant and I cook Sunday lunch every week for family and we can all enjoy

Best GF Yorkshire mix
I buy these regularly and as long as they’re mixed correctly (which isn’t hard to do as the instructions are nice and simple) and ensure the oil is properly heated to temperature before adding the mix to the tin, these come out perfectly fluffy and light (though can be scrumptiously stodgy if you overfill them a bit!!). They taste great too. I’d say one packet can make 6-8 decently sized Yorkshires, or up to 12 diddy ones. Very highly recommend!

Makes great Yorkshire puds!
Best gluten free batter for puds but here's a tip on making them better after much testing. For half a pack use the amount of water as on packet, use 3 eggs beat with an electric whisk for a good 90 seconds on full and most importantly rest in the fridge for about 4 hours. Cook at 220c for 20 minutes in a small amount of lard as they tend to get oily if you use too much and you will get whoppers. Enjoy!
