This is very pretty, however, for the price, I expected it to be the size of a regular globe, this one is smaller, overall still satisfied, this is extremely pretty as decor in my home office.

The customer service is for cool snow globes is very very good!Also the Crystal snow globe is a lot more beautiful than what is seen in pictures.My snow globe has bubbles at the top, so do be aware that Cool Snow Globes end up with bubbles in them. This may be due to temperature fluctuations or a bubble may have hidden itself within the center piece. I don't mind the bubbles too much.

I bought this as a birthday gift for a 7 yr old who loves all things sparkly, & was not disappointed. The base is substantial & heavy, but not too heavy for a child to turn it. There were no air bubbles at all, and the iridescent glitter completely obscures the "crystals" when shaken. In the light in both my house & hers, it had a pinkish hue, which was perfect. The packaging is great quality as well - after you slide the paper sleeve off the box, the box lifts off the top to reveal the snow globe securely nestled in a base box. It was a really special presentation, & we were both thrilled. Also got it one-day shipping on Prime!

This was everything I hoped it would be. Fits perfectly in my friends office as decor. Pretty to look at just sitting there then even prettier once shaken up and the glitters swirls.
