After the first use I started losing the product. It was as though the spray was still 'operating' after my 4 squirts. A week later it was leaking everywhere from the neck of the bottle. The connection seemed tight enough but still losing product. A shame because it was really nice to take, unlike some of the other Better You products. I've had to send it back but have reordered another. Here's hoping that it was just a faulty bottle and that the next will work OK.

While the flavour was OK, mostly mango, the pump failed after a week, twice! As I use the vitamin D spray daily I was very disappointed when this one didn't work. Even more so when it's replacement did the same thing.Can't say if it works as only got two weeks worth of doses from two bottles.

I have been taking this now for six months and no noticeable difference in the thickness of my hair. Its a wee bit shinier but I expected greater results which is why I took for six months rather than three. Will not be buying again

Usually a fan of BetterYou vitamin sprays and use many on a daily basis because they taste great too.. this one however tastes really bad.. which is disappointing since it costs so much more... not impressed, would not recommend.

They cannot consume vitamins and minerals in tablet and capsule form.Many people switch to rubber products, but these are not healthy because most of the ingredients are glucose syrup. That is, sugar..These spray-based products avoid all of the problems described above.Plus, they’re made from a healthy ingredient.A special surprise to me is that even the preparation I tested tastes quite good.I can't report on its effectiveness due to the shortness of time, but I will definitely continue to consume the product and update the description..I especially like the brand design and communication.It’s brilliant the way it makes the person who invented it all close to people.The colors are beautiful, sophisticated, feminine and pastel.It's very okay.In comparison, the price is well positioned.That's exactly what I would pay for it.I am satisfied with the products and recommend it.Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue

I hate swallowing tablets so this is a great way to take vitamins for me! You spray the liquid onto the insides of your cheeks, four sprays per day. As well as being more comfortable or convenient for some people, this also supposedly allows for better absorption than taking vitamins in pill form. I did find it a little hard to always get the spray in the right place - sometimes some of it ends up on my face or my tongue instead - but hopefully enough is finding its way into my system!The taste is really nice, very sweet and fruity - I would happily drink a juice flavoured like this! The mix of vitamins looks good, and though I haven't seen much change in my hair or nails yet, I'm hopeful. I do think the price is very high for something that will last only a month, though, especially as you apparently need to take around 3 months' worth to start seeing a big difference.
