I purchased this item as it was a win win for me having a personal and work phone, as well as two e-cig batteries that I charge each night. I had issue with the first one that was sent. The USB ports worked no prob--it was the other plugs that wouldn't allow me to plug anything into. I wrote a review expressing this. The seller reached out to me immediately offering a solution to my concern--keep in mind, at no time did I request any solution--I was simply going to suck it up. I was highly impressed with the VERY fast response from the seller--they corrected my original concerns and resent out a new one. This one works beautifully! ALL plugs and USB ports work beautifully! This is one happy lady now that I wake up to fully charged everything each morning! I would absolutely buy from this seller again as they are true to their word and their product is one to swear by!*** My opinions are my own and we're not influenced by the seller in anyway. I really like this. I gave this to my wife for Christmas. (Just be grateful you're not married to me). This really turns your 2-plug outlet into a 5-plug outlet. There are 3 slots for your 3-prong plugs and 2 USB ports. Your USB charging cables are usually going to take up an electrical outlet spot so that's were I'm getting the 5-plug thing. Anyway, this works great.I plugged this into an outlet near our bed and just outside our master bathroom. My wife uses the little arms that fold down to hang her Apple watch on while it's charging. There's only one outlet in our bathroom and so we end up using this one as a backup when that one is full - which is always.

I purchased 2 of these. When having 2 USB being used, my phone wouldn't charge. I was using a 3ft cord which sometimes makes a difference. Some products will only work with very short charging cords. The other unit I was using 3 ports and I kept smelling a burning rubber smell. Finally realizing the smell was coming from the unit I unplugged and noticed it was extremely hot. I am returning both chargers. Sucks cause I was looking forward to the huge space saver. I am honestly not sure how others are having good luck with these. I have a different surge/multi charger that I paid a little more money for and have had no issues. Im giving 1 star for the company being great as far as an easy/no hassle return.

Very pleased with this device, works great to charge my bluetooth devices. The phone holders are very flimsy and I would probably never use them but I suppose they would come in handy when used with a high mounted plug with no shelf nearby. Since the device pulls power from only one half of the outlet I would not suggest using this in a location where one would want to use a plug in heater or other high current AC device.

The surge protector with usb ports is very useful. It fits exactly where we wanted and frees up room on the counter with the built-in phone holders. The only thing we are going to add is short charging cords based on the type of phones we have. I recommend this as a way to eliminate bulky chargers and to free up electrical outlets.

This is an excellent 3 plug surge protector for the home and having the 2 USB ports is a major plus. I use this in our kitchen daily and I like it so much that I have purchased another.

I have been using this for quite some time and have had ZERO issues. I would like 2 more USB charging plugs but other than that it is B-E-A-U tiful!! You get 2 USB charging ports and 3 Three prong power plugs. Also a green LED let’s you know the power it on.

I really like this! Great, solid craftsmanship. My wife just discovered the two phone cradles and eliminated a number of cords at her computer desk.
