Buy this now, you need it in your life!So very versatile and delicious. Great pepper taste without all the heat. We use it all the time. Instant pot sticky Korean chicken was just the start. We use this plus extra garlic &stuff to a foodsaver bag with bone in skin on chicken thighs and freeze. Then it marinates as it defrosts in time for the Bbq. So delicious. Give it a try! I have to keep backups in the pantry all the time.

This product is wonderful. I love to cook with it. My only complaint is that sometime during the shipment process, one of the containers was popped open (I assume through pressure), and exploded all inside the package. Thankfully, it was a two pack, but after having to throw away the opened container I feel like I paid the price of two and only got one functional paste.

For anyone new to this as I was, it is fairly mild as far as pepper sauces go and a little more "tomato" paste than heavy spice. For non-Koreans, a little would probably be quite good in pasta sauce or gravy, late in the air fryer, in a wing sauce marinade, or even a little dab in any salad dressing. I like heat but this almost isn't enough (which is a good thing in this case). I think using it as a dipping sauce on its own might be an acquired taste, but I was impressed enough have been thinking about it all weekend.

Chiili paste and it is spicy. Having alcohol inside so could not use it but for anyone who dont mind using it for cooking then its a thing to try once. That particular chillie they use to make this is only available in S Korea region and its super spicy. This is not a raw spice as having some other contents added but not a level 3 spice either. One can surely get a kick after tasting it with a spoon too.

I’ve been using this in a lot of dishes recently because it adds a little something extra to it. The heat is mild to hot. (Still getting used to how much to add) if you like a little heat and like to be creative it’s worth it. The package itself is quite user friendly also. The lid stays open while you’re using it and seals nicely when you close it. It’s also reusable for other things when it’s empty. My first empty is being used as a kosher salt dish. My next one will be used for deck screws!

Three things led me to buy this product. First, seeing it on America's Test Kitchen. Second, my wife is a heat junkie. Third, I'm a retired chef who teaches culinary arts to high school students. I actually know how to use this stuff.Yesterday I grabbed a burger I had previously grilled, spread some mayo and gochujang on the bun and stashed it away for my lunch. My burger was a 30% ground pork, 70% (80-20) ground beef. This stuff make a world of difference. The flavor is very good without the heat being over powering. I'll be using this quite a bit in the future in stir fries, soups and sauces.

If you know Korea. lived there, ate the food, then. you know this is the real deal.This is the only product that I don't change since I've been buying from Amazon for a few years; it is consistent. Keep it up.

I have not used my sriracha since buying this. It's SO much better. The flavor is smooth, not overpowering. And it brings the HEAT. I LOVE spicy food. I want my food to make me cry. This is wonderfully spicy while still allowing other flavors to shine.
