There's nothing worse than sitting in the woods waiting for a deer to wander by when you're freezing to death. I take one of these and slap it right between my shoulder blades, right in that spot where cold air comes down the back of my jacket. And there's nothing better than having a warm sensation flow down my spine and keep my brain from freezing at the same time. If you hate being cold then these are something you probably want to consider. Peel off the backing and stick them where you don't want to be cold. And they'll deliver.

Loved these on our camping trip in Montana. I just put one or two of en between my shirt layers on my back and stayed warm the whole time. Also put them in my sleeping bag at night and stayed toasty. They last quite some time, they’re the perfect size and the price is good. I’ll be buying again.

Can’t wear it directly on skin.
I wanted a heat bad that I could wear directly on my skin, not through my clothes. The heat portion worked very well, but I can only wear it inside because it’s visible. Would not buy again for that reason.

Great buy
Work 10 hour shift at a desk. back and neck hurt often. I keep these and use them as needed. they stick and last long through my constant movements, as the job is repetitive. I shake them a bit before putting them on, I find it helps get them hot. And they DO get hot. I’ve had some last at least 12 hours. these are a great buy. I was buying them for a dollar each at Walgreens before. These are great for pain or even a cold weather emergency.

Get nice and hot, but don't stick more than once!
I couldn't get it to stick very well. It felt like it would stick, but fell off, what a waste. I wanted what I always bought , but don't sell any more. You could stick them several times, n o problem. So disappointed.
