I have it the Seco that goes with this, and I found the metal band to be tedious because of the pins and also if I gained weight or lost weight, it would also need to be adjusted every time I find the disband to be really cool like a G-Shock level but better because it’s exclusive just to this watch and the only problem is the sweat or condensation underneath it that accumulates I just take it off and wipe it off just like a G shot
