I love the individual packaging, whereas before, I only had bulk blossoms. The tea bags are not paper, rather, bamboo. The individual amount in each bag is just right for an average size cup of tea. It should steep at least 5 minutes for maximum extraction and flavor, which is very delicate and mild. I leave the bag in my cup until the last sip. You can not brew it too long. Butterfly pea blossom tea has great health benefits and its fun to drink blue tea in a clear cup, or put a squeeze of lemon in it to make it turn purple/pink. May also be a great base for other cocktails, or mocktails, but the addition of anything acidic will turn it from blue to pink/purple. Cheers.

Pretty color, but has no taste! I like honey in my tea, so I was was basically drinking "hot honey water" with blue food coloring. Weird.
