Hole Punch, 30 Sheets, Guide Bar with Format Markings, Metal, NeXXt Range, 50080095 - Black

I received this a few weeks ago and I have to say this unit is one of the nicest hole punches I've ever owned in terms of build materials and mechanical operation. This isn't the only Leitz product I've bought recently, and I have to say their range of products overall seem to be absolutely excellent. The Leitz Hole Punch is designed for standard European 2-hole punch document applications. It is specifically designed for use with European 2-hole binders. This is *not* the same thing as an American 2-hole punch, and honestly people need to do a bit more investigating and reading so that they buy the product that best suits their needs. Standard A4-size binders use a specific type of hole placement and distance, and this has absolutely nothing to do with American hole punches or American document formats (letter, legal) so please quit writing negative reviews because you bought a product without doing appropriate research first. I will happily do business with this seller in the future, and likely will be buying more Leitz office supplies as well.

Sturdy and doesn't take much room!

This is the third 2-hole punch I've purchased in the last two weeks. The first was the wrong size (who knew there was an american standard for prong folders at ~7cm between holes, and a different european standard for 2-ring binders at 8cm????), the second one was the right size but fell apart in under 10 minutes, and lastly, this fine specimen of a 2-hole punch. It punches the right size holes for my project (a 2-ring binder with rings 8cm apart) and seems sturdy enough to last for the entire project. Finally.

Reasonably well made with the paper guide staying firmly at the respective size marks. A useful tool for European and other two hole filing requirements.

Pros: it adjusts easily quickly whether punching A4 or US Letter for holes to go in an eu style A4 binder Cons: it does not have a band or device to hold the lever arm down for compact storage like in a shorter height desk drawer however you can make one from some string,,,, other 8.5x11 punches I use have a little lever that will keep the lever down for storage

Good and reliable as expected from this brand. A bit on the pricy side and worth to wait for a discount, based this recommended product

Feels quality to use and punches through a good amount of sheets

For those of us who prefer to keep paper files, this is essential - being able to punch through many pages at a time, it saves time and effort. The hole puncher is of good quality and will last many years.

not sure what you can say about a hole punch, It punches holes in paper although this one will only do a certain number of pages at a time, I didnt count how many, someone may have done so but I really couldnt be bothered. It light weight. and punches just two holes so if you have one of those binders that requires more then this is not the hole punch for you. Its adjustable so you can switch from say A5 to A4 which is a handy thing to be able to do. Its a hole punch
