I've been taking 21st Century Lutein (20mg) in combination with Ocuvite 50+ for 10 years now. Between the two, my eye site has actually improved. If you have degenerative eye history in your family, I highly recommend 21st Century Lutein.

What can I say? I have used lutein for years and find Amazon to have the best prices for Lutein that I trust. I do not know if it helps, however, coming from a long line of people who suffered from mac degeneration, I am happy to say that I have no signs of it. That is all I can say.
