Love the knife
Wow what to say about something so wonderfull in so many ways. Amazon offers a whole array of these knives for sale. They are exactly the same except for art work on thick plastic handles. They call the blade Demascas steel I have never seen demascus steel look like the gorgeous feather shaped blade you have to see one up close to apresiate the curve, the decoration on the blade, way fine with handles that seem strong feels good to the touch, the blade is very sharp, seemed very hard blade steel. The prices very from $10 up to $40 easy on the wallet. Where does fine work like this come from. I remember when I purchased small bench top watch repair tools from India. Great price and the tool always came in small rose wood box. But some tools had very bad threads cut on adjustment screws. But the prices were great the wholesaler would take back a defective product. The art work is empegnated in to the handles and will stay good looking for years

Perfect knife
Great pocket knife and is exactly as described. I got it just to keep in my truck. Better than many others I’ve looked at and purchased.

An unusual look but not a great knife.
I bought this as a lark, fortunately. It came dull as a stick. The spring assisted opening is quick but doesn't quite snap it all the way open. It is not especially tightly made but has its charm. On the positive side it feels reasonably good in my hand. It is a complete change of pace from the rest of my knife collection and it makes me smile. That said no self respecting native American would seriously carry this thing and if I had purchased it to use as a knife, I would have sent it back as soon as I opened the blade.Buy it as a gag, or to break up a collection looking to unified, but not for serious work.

Arrived as the dullest blade I've ever owned
The Native American motif in combination with the feathered forge-welded "Damascus" blade makes this knife aesthetically pleasing. Without exaggeration, the knife I received is by far the dullest blade I have ever owned. In all fairness, I haven't tried to sharpen it as of yet, but should I really have to? Blades should arrive honed with the best possible edge. No kidding, this thing couldn't possibly cut my finger much less any cordage or even paper! It does have a very pointy tip. I like the feel and it has good weight for its size. I'm ambivalent about this knife. I'll try to put an edge on it and see what happens. This product may even lose a star to an unsatisfactory two-star rating. It's a shame because it's such a looker.Update: There was a reason this knife arrived so dull, it won't take and hold an edge. Unless you just want to look at this knife, don't buy it.

Everyone who sees it, loves it.
It's a pretty knife and about what you'd expect for the price. Just needed something for work that fit my personal style. The etching on the blade is gorgeous in person.

The blade needed to be sharpened and the hinge a little stiff, but with a bit of oil and some time with my sharpening stone fixed it right up! :)

My son loves it. I warned him about all the issues I read about the handle breaking. More of a display. Very nice

Great, functional knife
great knife for the price. works as advertised - assisted open, and came sharp. I bought this as a novelty item, but it is of good quality, so I'll probably use it. very happy I ordered it!
