Q: How long does it take to charge this? I've been waiting about 5 hours so far, and light is still blinking.

This is a common problem of Ni-MH rechargeable battery. It usually needs 3 hours to charge,but if light is still blinking after charging for 5 hours, you should stop charging and get start to use it because it may already be fully charged.

Q: I just received this and though quiet, the motor slowed down significantly while trimming my 14 lb dogs nails. Is this normal?

It is not fully charged when shipped. You first need to charge it up, it will probably take a couple of hours. Wait till the blue light stops blinking, then it is fully charged.

Q: Where can i get a replacement ubs charging cord?

Any where really. It's a really popular charger cord

Q: Dust cover does not fit- tried lining up both ways still doesn’t fit?
