Our heeler/chihuahua just passed the one year mark and I’ve spent the better part of the 9 months as her dad trying damn near every decent treat on the market and we’ve finally settled on a selection of about 10 treats, all different types, that are healthy (so that we don’t feel as if we’re taking years off her life when we give her a reward), that she never bores of and will always accept, and many that can be used for specific purpose since she has a strong food drive.We use the wonderful Train-me treats for most repetitive behavior training, Greenies for mouth health, narrow rawhide free sticks wrapped in jerky for light chewing, Himalayan cheese sticks for heavy chewing, etc, etc. We even have a specific natural biscuit that sends her straight to her crate as soon as she sees us going for the jar.But the nudges chicken pot pie biscuits are her special occasion treats, broken out when she’s done something especially good, when we need to incentivize a particularly difficult behavior change (like finally accepting that the gardener is not here to kill us and does not require constant vocalizing for the duration of his biweekly visits).I cannot say that their rather strong smell reminds me of pot pie particularly but that doesn’t seem to matter to her and the pungency is actually quite a perk given that her super sniffer detects it within seconds from a block away and immediately diverts her from whatever she’s doing that we’d like to interrupt (many a squirrel in our neighborhood owes it’s life to these treats) so I don’t consider it a con but I suppose it should be noted.For some reason there was a recent dramatic (but thankfully temporary) jump in price that accompanied a shortage of these treats not only here on Amazon but also at my local grocers. Thankfully I had recently taken advantage of a recent sale and had stocked up, putting four bags in storage. They have a very long shelf life so don’t hesitate to take advantage of a good price.We’ve tried other Nudges products and all were very good but she came to prefer similar products from other brands in the end. But there is no comparable product from any manufacturer that I’ve found to match these. They are unique in all the best ways.I should also add that if you’d like to break them up to use as smaller treats for any reason, they are quite soft and moist and thus very easy to separate and you could easily get a dozen small training treats from a single biscuit.Needless to say, I can’t recommend these enough. Don’t waste your time on a small bag.

My 3 dogs get these as a special treat - usually for doing well with their training. Easy to break apart and share between multiple dogs. All I have to do is put my hand near the pocket holding the treats and they all instantly fall into order. A bit pricey, but what isn't these days. Made in the USA - comes in different flavors..and ingredients seem to be wholesome.

I love that they are so natural and I can actually see some of the vegetables in them. My older dog has a lot of teeth missing. These are very easy for him to chew. I love to toss them and they roll across the floor and he likes to play with them before he eats them.

My dog loves these and they are soft enough to hide pills. They are one of the only soft treats out there, besides pill pockets, to hide meds. So if your dog doesn't like pill pockets or just won't take them any longer because they know there is a pill inside give these a try.My only issue is with how they were shipped. I ordered one package and they were shipped in an envelope causing half of the meatballs to crumble turning it into ground beef. :(

All I have to do is walk near the bag and he gets excited! They must taste awfully good for him to get so excited. They smell pretty decent and fresh as well. Price is a bit high but not enough so I still will purchase it,

I like that my dogs are always ready for these treats!! I buy some things and they turn their noses up to them. But these treats are always a hit at our house. I have 4 Dobermans 4 small dogs so yes I have eight dogs that I love so very much. They are all my therapy dogs. And they love Nudges treats.

I ordered wedges and these where sent instead. My dog will not touch them. It has been very costly trying to find her treats. She is such a fussy little dog. lol

It is the only treat that my Bella will eat. Believe me we have tried about 9 different kinds and to just turn up her nose.
