I used these to run wire to 2 locations for a trolling motor. They shrunk nicely and they have a stickyness inside to help keep them together. I recommend them.

I use these on my boat, they crimped and sealed around the wires extremely well.

These butt joints work exactly as described and, really, that's all they need to do. They crimp nicely, hold connectivity, and when heated, shrink into a waterproof form that is exactly what I needed. Well done!!

This kit pretty much includes any size I would need and comes in a case that seems somewhat sturdier than others.I have used a couple sizes from the kit on a small cargo carrier project I did. Each tube used crimped great (using their tool), shrunk perfectly, and seems pretty weather tight. All that is well and good, but the key is that each electrical connection worked flawlessly.This kit may cost you fractions of a penny more per connector, but you are paying for quality in each one. To me that is well worth a couple dollars more.I would recommend this kit and the crimping tool they make as great companions. The company just needs to put both of these into a nice convenient kit with a space in the box for the crimping tool.

You never know with some products but this one actually performs well!

I used these on some outdoor speakers and this sealed the wires nicely. We will see.how it holds up over time. Easy to use and like the "Jar" they come in.

Excellent option to RAYCHEM butt splices. These take up a bit space but they do the same thing and are economical for most wire repairs. Used with WIREFY crimper with no failed crimps. No hesitation to buy the heat shrink terminal lugs when needed.
