Hyland's Homeopathic Sleep Aid Tablet - 125 Count

Bought this for my 2.5 year old and my 12 year old. My 2.5 year old daughter doesnt sleep till 2,3am so when i seen this i thought this would help. Nothing changed she still kept awake till past midnight. My eldest daughter isnt sleeping great and having trouble getting to sleep with aniexty. Didnt even do a little bit of help £18 is a rip off for such a small bottle ans doesnt even do anything.

I read a lot of reviews before trying these on my daughter. I also ran it by the GP and even though they said "It wont work, it's a load of nonsense" they agreed it would not hurt her in any way to try them. My daughter is 6, Autistic and struggles with anxiety especially at night. She finds it impossible to switch off sometimes and this increases her anxiety so it's a nasty circle. The first night we tried them she was calmer and went to sleep easier than she had for years. They seem to just take the 'edge' off and help her switch off enough to relax and go to sleep. Within 2 or 3 days she was managing to fall asleep by 9.30am (early for her!) and many nights she stayed asleep. Have used them a few times now including if we are about to go somewhere that I know will send the anxiety high. She won't take tablets of any kind but these dissolve under the tongue for those kids that will take them. For her, I pop them in her drink and they seem to work enough that way for us :)

the active ingredient in this product is 'Aconitum Napellus' I suggest you all google this ingredient before giving it to your kids! It was introduced as a medicinal herb in 1763 in Vienna. In 1788 it was added to the London Pharmacopoeia and to the first US Pharmacopoeia in 1820. I use this product to help my daughter go to sleep as she has sleeping problems and doesn't go to sleep until 12 and 1 in the morning I gave them at 8 at night and she was asleep by 9.20

I can say it doesn't work, just vaste of money....
