Rolson 12299 900mm Wooden Pick Axe Handle

Not all Pick Axe handles are the same, I knew this and thought some "fitting" would be required, the head on this one is so small as to be of no use at all, can not imagine what this will fit.

Not as photo. item is sanded and not vanished as indicated. It also is a different shape at the bottom which makes it lighter. Feels like very cheap wood, I would avoid this seller.

Excellent and cheap product. The kind of thing you never think you need until you need it. The pickaxe I inherited from my dad's toolkit some 20-odd years ago came in very useful in the garden until one day recently the handle just plain snapped off. Thought I'd need to replace the whole kit and caboodle, but through Amazon, managed to find a handle without the axe. Quick purchase, and Bob's your uncle (or builder?) - new handle on old pickaxe and the whole thing's as good as new. Easy to fit. Gravity and friction keep the handle connected to the pickaxe and it's like new again.

These handles are perfect. Saved money on having to buy another pick axe, bonus and we now have a spare. Definitely value for money

This is a good fit to replace the broken handle on my pick axe. This makes the pick axe feel like new.
