If you get sick often this is amazing to keep your immune system healthy. Take 1 a day starting around summer time to make sure to build it up in your system. When I don't take it I get sick constantly all winter but when I do take it, I'm never sick. I keep with this brand because it has always worked well for me. I love all GNC vitamins, but these are not coated and can be difficult to swallow. I believe the “vegetarian” description of the product removes gelatin coating for easier swallowing.
