Super happy! Great product!
I'm super happy about this product! Well designed. Instructions are GREAT! No missing parts! Everything FIT!FAN is not too loud. If I had ANY other comment, it would be the small bolts and nuts that hold the rails. Hard to hold the brackets, hold the bolt, hold and tighten the nut, especially with the rear panel on. but I'm picky. Suggestion to others purchasing this item is to WAIT to install the side panels and glass door until you get it mounted. That helps reduce the weight. I'll be buying more!

Nice Rack
Well-made and easy to assembly. The only knock would be the included fan is pretty bad but that's an easy swap and at this price point hardly a deal breaker.

Factory Fan failure within 3 days
The included single fan was loud at operating speed and then began failing w/in 3 days. It sounds as bearings were failing. I ordered two whisper-quite from separate vendor and now 9U cabinet pulls more air and the two low-profile fans running on high are quieter than the factory single unit. Calling vendor for replacement.

On the Fence
The rack came well boxed without any obvious damage. A couple of the cage nuts on one of the panels had fallen out but were still in the box and popped right back in, fortunately. What has disappointed me has been sag in the front. I did not notice until I tried to take out the side panels and they would not come out unless I held up the front a bit, same with putting them back in. Everything is tight, so I'm not sure why this is happening. I tried losening the bolts and retightening while holding up, but it still sags. Also, the fan did not work but that was because the screws on the wire block were loose. That got the fan working but it knocked in addition to being a bit loud. My only other concern is the large openings for cables. I feel like dirt and dust can easily get in and there is no obvious way to seal off the opening. Still debating whether or not to keep or find something sturdier.
