弱いくせに晩酌をするようになり、ウコンを摂ろう!と決意しました。でも、いろんなサプリが出回っており、挙句の果てには、ウコンは吸収されないから意味ないと散々ディスられていて、じゃあどうすればいいの(ToT)と悩んでいたところ、この商品を発見。ひまわり油と一緒にカプセルに詰められているので、ただの粉末を摂取するより吸収されるんじゃない?(ウコンは油溶性だそうなので)と期待を込めて購入しました。量もタップリ!成分料もガッツリ!なので商品には大満足です!!効果は、実際のトコロどうなのかはよくわかりません。ピペリンと一緒に摂ると吸収が良くなるそうなので、バイオペリンサプリも導入してみようと思っています。

クルクミンと表記されると、何のことかわかり難いかも知れませんがウコンの主要成分です。毎晩お酒を飲むのでウコンとオルニチンは常備しています。国産のウコンに比べ価格も安価で、ボトル１本で４か月分も入っているのでとてもお得だと思います。朝の目覚めが快適ですよ。

Softgel effective! Had to purchase "softgel" due to a shipping issue with the veg cap that I intended (and tried) to buy. The product itself (in veg cap formulation) is usually very effective. The new "softgel" formula NOT! The gel casing is SO thick that it would not dissolve, would not process in a blender with a very sharp blade and could not easily be punctured or cut with a knife. When I soaked it in a glass of water, it expanded about six times its normal size and did not dissolve. Symptoms worsened!NOTE: Curcumin is already not easily absorbed by the body without taking it properly. The casing on this formula complicates absorption even more!Photo demonstrates what happens when capsule soaks in water after 7 hours. It expands, but does not dissolve. The outer casing is like rubber. This could greatly interfere with absorption.

I bought this because I was looking for a curcumin supplement with 95% curcuminoids. The softgels are large but slip down OK if you swirl some water with the capsule in your mouth before swallowing.Another reviewer asserted that the softgels don't dissolve. That is just not true. The softgels may not quickly dissolve in water, but water is not the same as stomach acid, and that is not a valid test of how the softgels dissolve in your stomach or digestive tract. You can tell that the softgels dissolve in your body because when you "go" in the bathroom, there is an orange coloring on the stool. So I think that particular reviewer's experiment to see if the capsules would dissolve in water is unfair.

Product has caramel color in the soft gel, which oncologists recommend you stay away from. Product is not vegan since the soft gel is bovine based. Product is not gluten free since it is manufactured in a facility with known allergens. Very cheaply made product at premium price. Total scam. If those things don’t bother you, just buy the spring valley version at 1/4 the price point. So DISAPPOINTED from NOW supplements! Must be under new leadership trying to cheapen their products for bigger profits.
