Broken capsules in bottle
Since the capsules are very thin and cheap, there were a number of broken and empty capsules in the bottle. Iād recommend the product, but I would be aware that some will be broken and have powder residue on them.

I got to have weight loss after this supplement
I tried out several supplement to increase my metabolism after watching Huberman's lab. Even I am in lower end of normal weight, this supplement drop me to 1kg after 1.5 week (this week was week before the period so suppose to do weight gain instead of loss) of using it.
