IT HAS ONE JOB TO DO AND IT DOES IT!!! PLEASED AS PUNCH!
Ordered this to take with us to a destination wedding in 2 weeks. Have been reading reviews for over a month. I received my steamer yesterday and opened it immediately. It says it used tap water. Easy! Awesome!Water heats up and starts boiling in 65 seconds. I timed it. As soon as it starts boiling, it's ready to get the wrinkles out. No kidding. I was like WOW! This really works. It's light weight. So easy to use! Took less than 5 mins (probably will be less time as I get used to using a steamer) to steam my cotton button down shirt. I love this. I'll send an updated review as time goes on.

Effective and durable
I used to have a large Rowenta for steaming suits and dress pants (and my wife's dresses/blouses as needed) and bought the ESTEAM for travel. But when I started having trouble with the Rowenta steamer, I started using the ESTEAM all the time...and it is still going 10 years later. I bought this one for my daughter and her husband and will replace mine when it finally gives up.

Product arrived used twice, box damaged.
This is my second return, both times I received a used product the box was in bad shape and the steamer had wear and tear. I cannot review the product itself as I haven't used it and had to return it immediately. It's not right to spend full price on a used item.

I was amazed at how well this steamer performed
It is up to temperature quickly and it does a professional pressing job. It got the most stubborn creases out in just a couple passes. It made suits and dresses look fresh and crisp.It is a bit big and heavy for travel but it performs as well as a professional upright steamer except for an occasional drip that can be avoided once you get the hang of it.
