Having taken Evening Primrose since I was 11 (I’m now 36!) I have tried all the different brands from the cheap supermarket to the well known popular but pricey ones and have had mixed success with all of them. So having discovered Nutravita, trialing some of their other vitamins and supplements when I saw they had launched their own evening primrose it was a no brainier as I have been impressed and reaped the benefit of their other products, it is early days with this supplement, as I already take a decent quality EPO I don’t think I will notice much of a change in the benefits - but switching to a brand I trust, for its ethos and product development research I am hoping that long term I will see a further improvement - even if it is subtle.The price of the EPO is really good and the size of the tablet is perfect - some are like horse pills - so I think I might even be able to convince my niece who has started to need EPO to balance her hormones to give this a try, as currently Mum is popping the ones she takes and adding it to fruit juice!

Both me and my partner have been taking the oil since the beginning of June 2021.Easy to swallow and doesn't leave a chemical aftertaste in the mouth. The capsules look quite intimidating due to the size, but as someone who has trouble swallowing pills these are absolutely fine!I haven't seen any skin changes, but I definitely started sleeping better after a few weeks of use.My partner has rosacea and sometimes when the weather changes gets seborrheic flare ups and he says his skin is much better and hasn't had any flare-ups so far!

Yes these really do work. I was looking for something to help my moods with no medication just natural, everyday I was stuck in a depression state (because of my hormones). I love Nutravita products and been their customer for a long time now. These capsules are vegan (!) and high strength so quite big to swallow but that doesn't bother me at all. I'm still to see results but I'm sure it's a matter of time. Great quality for a great price - as usual with Nutravita!

I heard of these tablets decreasing period pain but I was sceptical. I have tried everything in the past so I thought let’s try this. I gave it a good 2 months of taking this everyday and I am pleasantly surprised! I have suffered from a young age and this has taken 90-95% of the pain away. No change in PMS or back pain prior, however I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from any type of period pain!

Über eine Wirkung kann ich noch nicht berichten, Produkt wurde erst kürzlich geliefert.Jedoch finde ich das MHD(11/2022) knapp; wenn ich jeden Tag eine nehme, brauche ich das Produkt zwar bis dahin auf, MHD spricht aber nicht unbedingt für "Frische/Neuwertigkeit"...Update: Kundenservice von Nutravita hat sich unlängst bei mir gemeldet, sehr zuvorkommend und kundenorientiert.Weiteres Update folgt, wenn ich etwas über die Wirkung berichten kann.

Ho preso questo integratore per problemi di pelle atopica con eczemi. Mi sono trovata bene infatti durante i mesi di cura non ho avuto eczemi. Unico difetto la scadenza molto breve.
