This is an amazing product. It's lightweight. It has a very light smell. It made my Banana Bread rise perfectly, it also is aluminum free became firstly packaged, it's an amazing price. You can't beat the price, it has 0 fat in it. 280 mg of sodium is only sodium bicarbonate. Complete straight baking soda. Nothing else you get the best. By date on there and you get the lot number if you don't have a lot number on any type of food products, supplement or vitamin or dog product you have an issue. Because you can't track where it came from. They're hiding something they hide nothing on this. This company has been around for many years. This is a very finely ground powder.
