Bindaboo Pet Gates - 3.5 Gate Extension, White

Just got this recently for a new puppy due to arrive in September in our home. It is being used at the edge of a hallway so I thought when it arrived we might have to buy an extension but this worked just fine! It is a bit tricky getting it aligned which happens as you tighten both sides each differently from the other. But when you get it right, the latch/catch works beautifully! Consider not closing it fully when you are walking to and fro provided no dog is around and this will help the human inhabitants quite a lot. Swings closed from the full open position no mater what side you walk through. To open you just pull back on the latch and also lift the gate door slightly. The white blends well with light colored paints keeping the feeling of openness in the room it is used. I recommend this gate/door unit to anyone with babies or dogs.

These extensions are great. Although, I have read that you can go up to about 12 feet in span, I have also read that the span is limited to about 6 feet. Not sure what the real story is but for a wider doorway or hallway, this is great. See my other Bindaboo gate reviews.
