Llego en tiempo y forma, bien empaquetado.Es exactamente igual al de las fotos de peoducto, funciona como la descripcion dice, se conecta muy bien con el blutooth, es un poco pesado para un niño pero nada que no pueda cargar todos pesan igual, prende muy bien las luces.Mi niño de 10A estuvo feliz y lo usa tambien el de 5Años

I've raised my rating to a 4. I failed in trying to repair it, but they finally got in touch with me and provided a replacement. I filed a complaint thru the BBB not sure how much that helped. They were very slow in responding but did provide a new replacement on 8-21-20 . They say Corona caused their response delayBought two for my now 13 year old twins for their birthday...They love them...Great buy!!!After a few days one of them would not charge. Someone , not me, missed the amazon cutoff date by 2 days. I contacted HOVER-1 via their Website. They responded and said due to Corona virus and reduced staff return to amazon. I responded and said I tried that. Since they have a 90 day warranty, I asked for their direction I even agreed to fix myself by replacing the charging port No response, no phone number. As long as they work your kids will love them, just hope you don't run into a problem I took my 5 star to a one star They cost $200 and I've decided to try to fix it myself by replacing the charging port. Waiting for a part from Amazon, since you can't even order parts from them SAD !!!!
