I've been taking this product for about 1-1/2 months, and it seems to be helping me a bit with bright sunlight not hurting my eyes as badly. I started noticing the beginnings of "halos" around the headlights of on-coming cars, and that seems to be improving, too. Not a whole bunch on either of these, but enough for me to notice.One caveat: I have no idea why, but these pills make me VERY sick to my stomach. The capsules seem to be thicker than other capsules I've taken, so perhaps that was part of the problem. Regardless, I finally tried breaking open the capsules and adding the contents to a smoothie, instead. Worked like a charm. I have absolutely no side effects if I do that. I would have rated this product as a 5, were it not for the upset stomach problem.

It make me dry eyes and give me eyes discharge when I wake up. I looked at my return option and it passed due for 3 weeks 😩
