Gold BJJAeroweave Jiu Jitsu Gi - Ultra Lightweight BJJ Gi - Preshrunk Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Uniform for Men

This is my second gi from GOLD. I'm 5-11 190it's what you would expect from gold, well made and comfortable.The weave feels nice against bare skin and is pliable.The stitching is secure and straight, and it is reinforced in all the right places.The size is a pretty typical A3.Out of the box the sleeves are pretty long.I washed and dried on HOT and saw just a little shrinkage. My pics posted are prior to washing, sleeves shrunk maybe .5 inchThe sleeves are probably just right now.They are a little longer than my 450 gsm gi from gold, even after the hot wash.The collar looks to be identical to the original Gold gi. Thick and a little rubbery.In my pic the aeroweave is the black. Original gold gi in white.Pants look to made quite well, very similar in size and stitching to the original Gold. Length is about .5 inch longer than OG.as an owner of both aeroweave and OG I can say I really like them both. When it's hot I'll be wearing the new light gi for sure. My OG will still be worn regularly as well.If you have long arms the aeroweave will be perfect. Shorter arms, get the OG and shrink it a little. I've washed and dried both of my Gold gis on hot.. shrinking is minimal but you do get some.

Awesome GI super light

This Gi is just as described. I do think they may run a bit large. Some Gis I am an A4, I ordered an A3H, but it swallowed me up. I sent the A3H back and got an A3, and it fits perfectly! I had my first class wearing the this Gi last night, and all went great!

Ive got three Gi’s and this one is by far my most favorite. It is very light weight, but does not sacrifice on durability or tensil strength.If tou train in a warm environment and want to a- look cool, and b- be physically cool, spend the money and pick one of these up.

6’1/ 165 - A2L(Normally wear 32x32 pants)Only a couple rolls in and it’s super comfy and light and great in all those ways.My only gripe is the pants are baggy/ loose as hell, in both the crotch and the legs. I have some A3 pants that fit better than these. Just going to keep using a dryer and see what happens.Maybe I could have went A2, but the torso and pant length is perfect, just super baggy and frumpy looking pants.If anyone from gold reads this, I think making it more of a fitted/ athletic vibe would go a long way.Great gi otherwise and I’ll probably buy more in the future.

This is the first review I have ever written on Amazon, but I felt compelled given how happy I am with this gi. I have owned a few from other manufacturers and was never really satisfied with any of them. I bought an A2 in grey. I like the relatively clean aesthetic, and it is remarkably light and comfortable. It's perfect for someone like me who sweats a lot. I'm 5'9" and about 180 lbs - it was a little long in the sleeves and legs but after some time in the dryer it fit great. It air dries very quickly. I also seem to get less mat burn than with other gis I've worn. Highly recommended!I would like to add that Gold BJJ's customer service has been pretty cool. Before the order arrived I got an email with a link to their gi care page. The order was also eligible for a free gift (<$10 value + free shipping) which makes it easy to try out either their pre-roll supplement, finger tape, or soap. I will definitely be buying more of their products in the future!

OK guys are usually don’t have time to sit down and do a review on things, but I have to take a moment and give props to this company. First of all we all know how nice it is to have serval GI’s One is being clean why are you wearing the other one on the mat. Where do I start the moment I received my gi I absolutely love the way it looked, I love the aero wave that is described from the company, I love the way it felt when I put it on, I love the strings that run through it, they give plenty of length & it’s not the old white karate pants string that we have all grown to hate, the strings are very tough, the pants and jacket are very comfortable, THE Price is fantastic !!!! GOLD BJJ you have a new full-time customer keep up the good work guys 2👍👍up I will give you three but you know LOL Only two Hands 🤘

I never guessed this gi would have been a home run! Man this thing is ultra light so it dries quick. The design is cool and minimal. The A0 size fit was on point. I've worn all kinds of kimonos and i'm happy with Gold's aeroweave. Like to see them expand this lineup at this price point. Overall if you want an ultra light gi that doesn't look lame or isn't $200 then this is the one.

This gi is one of my favorite now. It's looks great. It fits great (A1, 5'7", 163 lb. I usually buy A2 but went for A1, as per Gold BJJ's size chart). Really comfortable to roll in.It's REALLY light. My A1 weighs about 1 lb lighter than my Tatami Nova Absolute and Hayabusa Lightweight, and those are lightweight gi's by definition.My only regret that it's a last year IBJJF allows to use gi's with less than 380 GSM at their tournaments.Great job, Gold BJJ!
