JasonDry Spray Deodorant, Delicate Soft Rose, 3.2 Oz

I can see why there is bad reviews. Mainly because most people use traditional deodorant and also the “dry spray” in the title is a bit misleading (perhaps unintentionally). This is NOT a dry spray deodorant. What it is is an alcohol based deodorant. It will NOT clog your sweat glands or force you to not sweat. I still sweat with this deodorant, it may help a little, but that’s not it’s main function in my opinion. What it will do is kill the odor causing bacteria on your armpits on contact. In fact if I stress-sweat sometimes it burn just a little because it’s killing the yucky bacteria. Anyway, I’m more naturally minded and I believe sweating is important and I don’t want to stop myself entirely from sweating as your lymph system (the body’s system of eliminating toxic waste) is highly concentrated in your armpit area. What I do want is something to get rid of the stink and this fits the bill for that really well in my opinion. I do have to reapply if I’m very stressed/stinking (on occasion, typically one application a day is enough) but the bottle lasts a really long time. The rose scent is strong at first and I could see how it would overwhelm sensitive noses, I’m personally unbothered by it, and the smell when it dries down is quite nice. When I got a massage my masseuse asked me what deodorant I was wearing as he was impressed as well, lol! Anyway yeh, for the right person (me and perhaps you) this is an amazing deodorant. I wanted to come on here so people understand what they’re buying. Your not buying something that is a 100% sweat blocking product. It rids smell, allows natural sweating, has zero residue and doesn’t stain/build up on your clothes or your armpits themselves. A win for me, but if that’s not what your looking for then I would look elsewhere in that case. I will continue to buy this product and I’m grateful that Amazon is selling it now. I like the smell, I've been looking for a natural deodorant that's non-irritating for my sensitive skin. It IS non irritating but it only keeps me smelling fresh for a very short window (couple hours?). Unfortunately I expected better from Jason.

I switched to natural deodorant a few years ago after reading a review of all kinds of deodorant to see what worked best. When making the switch to natural deodorant, you might know it takes a week or so before it starts really working. But I get eczema, and a lot of times it spreads to my armpits, and that means stick deodorant just keeps making things work. I used to switch back to regular spray deodorant when the eczema got bad, but then when I'd go back to the natural stick deodorant, it would take a week to work again. So I was very excited when I found this. I've seen the Jason brand but never tried it, but my eczema was too bad to not take a chance.Unfortunately, it was less than thrilling. The spray didn't irritate my eczema, so it gets an extra star for that. But I take a lot of issue with the product overall.-It says it's a 'dry spray', but it's not. You have to let it dry for a minute or two. I've used dry sprays before and they're actually dry. I hate the wet feeling under my armpits, that's why I chose a dry spray. So that annoyed me-- every morning.-The smell wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't call it 'soft rose' either. It seemed rather chemical.-It says it's 24 hour protection. Now, I never believe that-- maybe it's true for some people, it definitely has never been true for me. But usually my deodorant lasts until part way through my after-work workout. I put my deodorant on around 7.30 in the morning, it should last until I get home (or am gross from exercising, whichever comes first). This most definitely didn't last that long. Around 2 in the afternoon I would start to notice the smell of no deodorant and clamp my arms to my sides for the rest of the day. Obviously, this is my biggest issue with the deodorant. I shouldn't have to reapply during the day, and I shouldn't have to feel like I need to.All in all, at least I was leaving the house in the morning with deodorant on that didn't irritate the eczema. But you better believe that the first morning I woke up to no eczema, I went right back to my stick deodorant, and feel so much better about it. (Schmidt's, if anyone is looking for a good one.)

At first I think I sprayed too much. Because the smell was SO strong to the point it was making me sneeze. I decided to give it another try. This time I only gave it a quick small spray. And honestly it’s great now. I use it before the gym, and I sweat A LOT, so I was impressed this work for me. Therefore, a little goes a long way for this product.
