De acordo, com a minha experiência:•Usei spray desmoldante nas formas;•Antes de retirar os bolinhos, deixei a forma esfriar. No meu caso: de 15 a 20 minutos.

Great Cakelette Pan
This is a very nice, sturdy pan. The cakes are a good size for gifting as a small gesture of "thank you". Or, consuming while fresh from the oven and still warm. Whatever you like. Excellent heat distribution. Not too bad on clean up, but anytime you have lots of nooks and crannies that make beautiful patterns, you'll have difficult clean up.

Stampo geo nordic ware
La prima prova è riuscita ho un' altro stampo sei monoporzioni che purtroppo mi si attacca quasi sempre, ne ho presi due in modo di cuocerli insieme nello stesso momento. Tutti gli stampi nordic ware sono molto belli e appariscenti io ne ho tre però devo dire che nonostante tutte le accortezze del caso non sempre riesco a sfornare il dolce intatto e resto molto delusa perchè ci metto entusiasmo...
