Only received 3 stones instead of the 9 that it says you get. And one was cracked about ready to break. I’m super upset

I should have looked closely at reviews, stones chipped and NO WAY to return or replaced chipped stones!!!

This is not the lot that I ordered. I order a 9 piece lot with amethist, rose quartz, lapis lazuli, green aventrine, black obsidian, red jasper, etc. As in the pic and description. Instead I received mostly stones I can't identify, tigers eye, yellow jasper pink quartz, a cloudy clear stone, a white stone, a choppy orange stone that i think is peach aventrine and a choppy white stone with a few black spots. These were not what I was expecting or needed. I'm a crystal enthusiast and have hundreds of crystals but still I spent hours trying to figure out what these are, because there wasn't a list or identifier in the package. And, there's no way to contact the seller... the advertised pic for the lot of 9 and what I received, aren't even close.

These stones had no labels as to which was which, so I had to research as best as I could to determine what each stone was. One of the stones also came with a chip in it, and it appears I got a stone not even listed. The only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because the overall size and fit in one's hand is nice. This could have been a five star review if a little effort had been made to send some sort of identification with the stones.

These stones aren’t even the kind of stones pictured. If I wanted random stones I’d go down a gravel road and just find some myself. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the stones. Some are chipped, one is cracked and I received 4 stones not even listed in the description. Buyer beware!

Three of the stones have cracks in them, two of which include deep chips that you can see and feel. These are for rubbing in your hand, so deep chips are unacceptable. Better quality control is needed.

I bought these stones and I thought they were a little pricey, but thought they might help with stress. I received the package and and stones are smaller than described. When I opened the package, one was already broken!! In a matter of a week, a second one broke.....ugh! I left a review for the seller to send me a replacement and never heard back. I very disappointing product!! Do not buy!!!

Like the other reviews, I should have read this more thoroughly. Crystals are completely random and they do not specify what they are so I am left completely guessing as to what I received.

Completely disappointed with the received items. These stones are not what was advertised. As you can see with the picture attached a "camera flash" is not the slight colour variation that was mentioned in the description to be aware of. Unable to return product so be aware.

Really disappointed. No idea which stone is which, only received 8 stones & you cant return them. Amazon needs to check their clients as several people are unhappy with this company. A waste of money!

Difficult to identify the stones sent as the colours were very dull.

Should have read reviews before buying.. no clue what stones I have.. poor condition for price paid... lesson learned
