First experienced this while on an eco-tour in the Mid-Islands in the Sea of Cortez. I was so happy I could order it and bring home the experience.

Love these. Just enough "kick" that it doesn't leave your mouth on fire. I don't like spicy foods but this adds a good amount of spice.

This sauce is absolutely my favorite. Tasty!
