Product is mislabelled. Package contains 2 toe spacers not 4.
The product is currently called "Pedifix Gel Smart Visco-Gel Toe Spreaders - 1126 - Medium (4 Pack)". My package contains 2 toe spacers. The price of about $10 is still reasonable for the 2 pack that I received.

Running with bunions
I like to run a few miles a week, and two years ago I noticed a bunion forming on one foot. I bought these and have been using them consistently when I run. They are comfortable, can’t feel them once my sock is on and so far they have kept my bunion from getting any worse. Back for more!

Gel toe seperators
So far they seem to help. I am able to wear with sneakers.

they slip out of place
They are supposed to help keep toes that tend to overlap from rubbing and being sore but they slip out of place too easily even in firm supportive shoes.
