Product is good no doubt but if you love to hear full bass then sorry it’s not for bass lovers bass is so so weak otherwise good to talk on phone

Other than having a great battery life and fast charging. One time I forgot it in the pocket when washing my clothes but I was shocked it was working perfectly after that, straight out of the washing machine.

Just after an hour of usage... The center button is not working most of the time. So it's impossible to turn the headphones off or to pause the music... I've got that on video, just in case.Also the magnetic connectors are not sticking perfectly like with the other wireless over-the-neck headphones that I've used before...The quick switch feature is not working in a reliable way. Sometimes you have to manually reconnect one of the devices. Sometimes you just don't know how to force the device to reconnect. Was using it for my HP windows 10 laptop and OnePlus 6. It would be much better to have a manual quick switch to have a complete control over the switching.Anyway, with the center button not working 70% of the time, these headphones are useless... Returning.

High quality sound

It worked well for headphones at it price point. I have used it for gym workouts outdoor activities etc. Ear buds pop out after few mins and needs readjusting. However after 6 months it completely died out not charging and not going on. If you find a durable one in the same budget then go for it else this is ok.

Fast delivery and great product

Not the best. But definitely worth the price. Got a decent Bass as you would expect from a JBL. Would be better if there's a way to keep the wire round the neck without slipping, specially when using only one ear piece.Again, not complaining at all considering the price point !

O fone tem uma construção robusta e passa a sensação de que vai durar bastante. O som é limpo, o volume é bom e ele até entrega um nível de graves interessante para seu tipo e sua faixa de preço. A conectividade dele via bluetooth, além de ser um foguete, é mega estável, sendo para mim seu principal ponto positivo. Com relação ao microfone, não tem nada demais, funciona bem para chamadas e não te deixa na mão se você precisar usá-lo para conversar. Agora vamos à ressalva: eu comprei esse fone para usar no trabalho e em viagens; e em ambas as funções ele manda muito bem. Você pode comprar de olhos fechados. Meu alerta é direcionado apenas para você que quer utilizá-lo durante sua atividade física. Eu experimentei esse fone algumas vezes durante corridas de rua e musculação e minha experiência não foi muito positiva. O controle de volume e o microfone posicionados no fio limitam os movimentos e ficam puxando o autofalante de dentro do canal auditivo, obrigando você a ficar ajustando a posição dele o tempo todo. Eu vi gente falando aqui que coloca o fio pra dentro da camisa e vida que segue, mas para mim, infelizmente, esse jeitinho não funcionou não. De qualquer maneira, no conjunto da obra é um ótimo custo-benefício com um problema que você pode decidir encarar ou não.

JBL doesn't disappoint here and what you get for the price is very good,the highs, mids and lows are all very clear, not muddy or tinny.I also have problems with 5g in-ears that doesn't have an external receiver like these have, which makes it hard to find, the issue I have with those that are JUST buds is that I have some sort of interference around my head, I've always had this even going back to radio days, as soon as I got close or got in the way of radio signals, it started to interfere with the signal, but that's not an issue with these.There's only 1 gripe I have, there's only 1 multi-function button for play/pause/answer/other and volume up/down. Here's the issue, the volume buttons also acts like next/previous track which is a HUGE problem since if you don't have the app (which I REFUSE to use because of privacy/battery utilization concerns), the volume will ALWAYS take president.What's VERY weird is the fact that there's TWO places, hell, even FOUR places there COULD'VE been dedicated buttons, there COULD'VE been previous/next track buttons on the underside of where the buttons are or instead of that indented logo is where there's PLENTY of space for buttons to COMPLETELY ELIMINATE this issue.
