This one isn't $11...It's really really really powerful though. Wear safety glasses and have a huge bath or pool. (This IS playmobil we're talking about right?).

does this motor work with the animal ark

If I remember correctly, the 5159 was replaced by the 7350. It's the same motor but believe it had an updated design to prevent leaks. According to the Animal Ark information you can upgrade it by purchasing the 7350 Motor. I would this that this would work with it.
