US Size fit. Exactly like one of my light 2mm neoprene tropical diving vests, and can definitely be used for that as well in warm water. Straight forward sweat vest, without extra velcro flaps (they have those on the diving ones to hold the zipper from running back down), so it's important to note that the size you pick has to fit your chest as well as you can't have the zipper half way up when in use. I like the feel these compression wear provides rather than wear them for their sauna/sweat- water loss - benefits, although stripping 'fat cells' of their water content is a fast way to shed some pounds, but they do get back to the scene of the crime. Edges are hemmed. (Some others are simply cut neoprene.) No fleece lining in the inside, so don't expect warmth if you use this in cooler temperatures. I'm using this purely in tropical temperatures as a compression aid, as I've had some rib injury from cycling, as the support helps.)

I bought this Large size for myself, it fits well, I'm 5.84 feet tall and about 175 pounds, there is a size tips on the hang tag. It made 80% Neoprene and 20% Nylon, it's about 2cm thickness, very well made. I have tried wearing it out and running, it really helps me swear more than my regular running. I wish I keep wearing it and helps me a good shape.

Fits bit large, I bought a large should have went for a medium I think it would make me sweat more. I would recommend

It is disappointing that this product was made for women, but it is advertised as Men's. The zipper opens on the wrong side for men.
