LOVE THIS GOD SEND PROduct NEED MORE!!!!!! But too expensive. Whyyyh...EDIT.DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. PRODUCT. THIS BRAND HAS RUINED THOUSANDS OF GIRLS HAIR INCLUDING MY OWN. DO. NOT. BUY. DEVA CURL IS A TOXIC AND HAIR DAMAGING BRAND.

My daughter has very curly hair (just past her shoulders) and this is the only product that makes her hair look manageable and nice looking. I can always tell if she runs out of this product because her hair will look dry and messy. I have just received the new bottle for her and am pleased that there is actually a product that works. It is difficult for her as her hair has always been an issue and she has spent a small fortune on products only for them to land up in the bin. It is best to save up for this than spend money on products that don't define and moisten your curls and leave your hair looking beautiful.It is expensive but it is worth it.

I wrote a similar review for another Deva product because I don't know which one is responsible. I have thick, curly, coarse, unruly hair and having checked on the Deva website, identified this was one suited to my hair. The same day I used it, along with one for waves and the poo shampoo & conditioner, my scalp became unusually irritated. I went online to check and discovered there are lawsuits in the US complaining of irritated scalps, hair loss, change in the curls and waves of users. I won't be using Deva again.

I have been using this brand for a few years. It used to be brilliant. Has always been expensive but worked well on my curly flyaway hair. I think the formula must have been changed. The last two bottles of this product has left my hair hard and dry. It feels sticky, smells different, upsets my eyes, doesn't hold the curls, frizz is back within a couple of hours of using it and my hair has become very dry. Sadly I won't be buying it again.

I've used this about three times now, just to give out a proper chance.However, this product makes my curly/wavey hair feel very dry and straw-like with no shine. So disappointed as it gets a lot of hype and created by the author of The curly girl method, which I follow. Boucleme is much better for my hair type...
