Ateco Counter Duster Brush, 1 5/8 x 8-Inch Head with White Nylon Bristles & Molded Plastic Handle

My dad told me what he wanted for cleaning his difficult-to-clean muffin pans, and he described this one to a "t": bristles all in a circular shape, bristles on the end of the brush, "t" shaped handle for ease of use. I was so pleased the brush he wanted actually exists!Nice stiff bristles, does a great job. Easy to use. Perfect for its job: to clean muffin pans.

I had in mind cleaning muffin pans. The problem is this brush is stiff enough to clean concrete! Certainly rough enough to clean cast iron pans. What it isn't is soft enough to clean anything Teflon or any other non-stick surface.

Firstly the quality of this brush is excellent and very rugged that i wish i could see other round brushes designed this way. They need to make a size about 1/2 - 3/4 inch bigger for the next up size of commercial muffin pans. That would be perfect.

Doesn't reach into the deep bottom edge of the cups. Bristles seem too stiff.

The brush was the size I was looking for and the bristles are soft yet firm enough to remove flour from the forming table. However, it broke in half within the first two weeks when it was dropped on the floor. I expect more from Ateco.
