Even though it doesn't smell the best, it works the best. My son has never had diaper rash because of this. Everytime he started to get a little red down there, I used this and it went away. It's also great to use so that the poo wipes off easier.

I’ve tried so many different rash creams and ointments for my granddaughter and this ONE is hands down the BEST, don’t hesitate to try it. It does have a different smell but it works which is most important.

It works quite well on my pregnant belly stretching skin. Tho I thought it’s in cream, it’s more a wax like cream. It is a little hard to apply but it relieve my tighten skin.

I've been using Lansinoh lanolin often for the past 11 years. It's the only thing that will keep my lips, nostrils and hands from drying out and cracking in the wintertime. I apply before bed every night. I needed to resupply and thought I'd check Amazon to see if I could get more bang for my buck, and this lanolin delivered.Unfortunately, it also delivers a barnyard scent. I used to work on a dairy farm and drank raw milk daily. The smell of this lanolin is reminiscent of those days. I have a little nostalgic attachment to the aroma, which is the reason I'm not returning it. I've been using the Lansinoh on my face, and this lanolin on my hands, so the smell won't get to be too much. It works! My hands feel good, even if they don't smell very good. The texture is just like any other lanolin I've used. If I'd have known about the odor I'd probably have ordered a different one.
