I have used several different brands of pine tar soaps. This should not have pine tar in the name. Not only does it not smell like pine tar nor give of the black like you normally get with pine tar, it smells something awful in my opinion.

The bars are sized for a man’s hand; nice and hefty. Oh, and did I say how refreshingly great it smells ? This is the kind of pine tar soap that my grandparents kept around the house and used daily. The scent took me down memory lane, back to days long past.If you have dry or itchy skin, give this a try! It’s so gentle that you can use it daily. It works marvelous to stop poison ivy rashes from itching, too.
