MARVEL Novel: Crisis Protocol - Target Kree

This was fun.
Much more complex than I expected, with references to both movies and comics.

Not that great
I just forced myself to finish this today, after about 3 or so days of reading it. I enjoyed the premise, but not so much everything else. Ms. Marvel, though featured prominently on the cover, was barely an important player in the book, and could have almost been subbed with one of the many other teen heroes. Several characters felt...well, out of character (half their comic selves, half their movie selves), and the continuity of groups/characters was from all over the Marvel timeline (this book did not involve time travel). The fight scenes were overly long, and the characters who knew each other still managed to fight each other rather than speak. Having read other novels set in the Marvel Universe by Mr. Moore, I should have known what I was in for. There was a teaser epilogue, and I truly hope the sequel is never published. If the goal of the book was to get me to play or be interested in Crisis Protocol, which is a miniature game of some sort, it has completely and utterly failed.
