Great, but unfortunately the tap broke within 4 months.

Filled it with water and put in trunk of car. Spout was locked and sealed. Water leaked out of spout despite it being closed and spilled all over trunk. Because it is collapsible if there is a leak, it leaks out until empty. All 5 gallons. Oh yeah the kicker. The water leaked onto the fuel injector CPU behind the passenger seat and destroyed resulting in my car fuel injector not working. Had to replace it for 1000 dollars. Yeah...never buying this again.

I have had the 5 gallon water cube for 5months now. I have used it on a total of 4 trips each week long. After the 4th trip I noticed a really small leak. It would drip continuously when the water would apply pressure to the lid. I was going to write the review on the drip after my 5th trip and see if it was user error.Well on my 5th trip as I was closing the valve the whole spout ripped along the left seam ,as seen in photo, Blasting water everywhere.My overall review is that it’s a great product until the valve breaks. The water container itself packs down and is flexible while sturdy all at the same time. The spout is the weak point. If the spout becomes more robust I would probably buy another.

I've been using a PVC type water container, but it gives a plastic smell and taste to the water. When it started leaking I decided I was going to do some research to find something better. There were lots of similar products but I chose this water cube not only because it looked more professional and seemed high quality, but it specifically said it was food safe and would not alter taste of water. I also wanted something more durable and this seem to fit the bill. I believe it was a little more expensive than others but I decided to give it a shot and hopes it would be better, which is not always the case. I tested it as soon as it was delivered with the intention of returning if it didn't meet my expecations, but I have to say it's just as good as advertised. And a big plus is that the water also flows faster which is a big plus! Can't wait to use it.

Ordered the small 1.3g jug and carefully opened it and filled it with water, i thought I had spilled some water on the counter but when I returned there was a lot more water. I inspected the jug and found that one of the corners was damage and had a crack in it causing it to leak. Amazon was great and refunded my money with no questions.I would not recommend this jug.

The gauge of the plastic seems to be quite heavy, much heavier than others I've owned previously. My issues with this water jug are two fold. 1) the loop that is commonly used to hang the jug from a tree is not nearly thick enough to support the weight of the jug when when full. 2) The water comes out of the nozzle very slowly.
