The media could not be loaded. Date time mode is not working, unable to reset time, date, alarm time. I'm disappointed 😞

To view in night you need to press button for light.probably to save the batteries otherwise you can’t view in night.

It's a good one. Could have improved the quality of the plastic. Looks aren't as great as in the pictures.

Item received did not work. Looked like a cheap flimsy product. So returned it.

Damaged within a month.Alarm sound was not hearing properly.Total wastage of money.

Night vision is not clear

I bought this clock for my stepfather, who has dementia, and it has been incredibly effective for him. The large, high-contrast letters and numbers make it easy for him to see and read. My mom loves it because it has eliminated the frequent "What day is it?" and "What time is it?" questions.While the clock is fantastic, my experience with their customer service was even better. Three weeks before the one-year warranty expired, the clock stopped working for an unknown reason. I emailed the company's customer service and received a response, and a replacement was sent in the mail within a day. There are a lot of similar clocks out there, but the customer service sets this one apart from the others.

My husband and I bought this for my 90 yr old dad that has dementia. Before the clock - my dad would be very confused about time of day, day of the week, etc. He would become upset that he couldn't remember those things. When he saw the clock, he became very excited. He tells me at least once a week how much he loves his clock and how very much it helps him "remember". The display is bright and easy to read, and it is very easy to set. It comes with a remote or you can use the buttons on the back to set it. If you have anyone dealing with Dementia or Alzheimer's - this is a great thing to have.

We really like this clock. It helps with memory issues related to TBI and is easy to use. After 10 months, it stopped working. I contacted the company, as there is supposed to be a 365-day warranty. They were very responsive and sent a new clock which I received within days. We would highly recommend.
