Cumplió con mis expectativas, la verdad me gusta mucho su forma y maniobrabilidad. Las partes movibles son un poco frágiles, así que hay que cuidarlas. No sirve para sillones, solo para piso duro y tapetes. Solo yo la uso esperando me dure mucho tiempo. La batería tienen una durabilidad de 15-20 min en potencia alta. Aplico los mismos cuidados con esta batería como con las baterías de mis cámaras.: Nunca dejarlas puestas, no cargarlas hasta que estén completamente descargadas, y antes de usarse. Estoy satisfecha!

Looks like it could be good, but what it doesn't say is that it comes with a flat-two pin plug, not something suitable for UK. Have tried two adapters so far, neither of which works, but I'm sure I'll come up with something sooner or later. For moment - cannot charge it. If it had said - not suitable for UK, or adapter supplied, or adapter needed (and give specs) that would be better. I think once I've got it working it will be good and will do another review then (yes, could cut plug off and fix to UK type, but would invalidate warranty so prefer not to do that yet!)

I have officially owned this vacuum for over 2 years now. I bought this shortly after moving into a new house that had large expansive bare floors w/ one area rug to clean. It worked wonderfully from day one! The suction works great and the rotating brush works wonders on an area rug to "pick up" smaller debris that stick to carpet fibers. I also had carpet in my upstairs that was a much larger carpet (almost shag) fiber, and no it didn't work quite as well on this carpet so keeping the big vacuum is a must for these. I did not have a dog that sheds, so I can not comment on it's ability to collect and stand up to pet hair. I can say I have 3 daughters w/ very long hair, and it holds up very well to this! I have since moved overseas to Italy, and even w/ the charger now having to be plugged into a transformer to convert the voltage to the 110 American specification, the charger still works like new even w/ the difference in hz power (America has a 60 hz frequency to the European 50 hz frequency which basically is how fast the power is supplied. Transformers can not convert this frequency which usually results in burned out American electronics even when using transformers) and have been here for over a year and a half! If the difference in hertz finally burns out my charger, I will happily spend the money to purchase another charger! The floors in Italy are all tile and/or wood and I still have the same area rug to clean. Again, wonders! I will list a few things to keep in mind if ordering this...-The battery life is 20 minutes give or take (I usually always use the rotating brush and have very seldom, if ever, turned this feature off). I currently have 3 batteries (also bought through Amazon) which I did not intend on getting in the first place. Due to children putting them into chargers incorrectly and not realizing they weren't being charged "right" I thought I had bad batteries. However, all 3 batteries are still in perfect working/charging order. It is also really nice to have batteries on standby to slip in when a charge goes down ;)-Once the blue LED on the charger starts flashing, take it off the charger! That is telling you it is fully charged and these batteries can be overcharged (which will reduce the battery life over time w/ the charge memory this creates)! I am ashamed to say that I did not realize this feature before moving overseas and probably overcharged and/or undercharged quite frequently, a few times being overnight charges, trying to stick to the 3 hour recharge rule . However, again, all 3 of my batteries including the original still work perfectly fine, so it does not appear that we have done much "damage" to these batteries.-Be careful when storing the vacuum! While this is a very sturdy great vacuum, it is not impervious to falls. Because of the plastic components of this vac, they can crack and damage easily when falling over to the floor. After 2 years, we have finally officially broke the long handle that is connected to the vac. It is currently secured w/ duct tape (ha ha), but still works like new! I am about to order another just so I can have a "cosmetically" better vac ;)-I read in another review someone cutting a dryer sheet and placing it over the foam filter to "easily" clean the filter by peeling away and tossing. I have not tried this, but will definitely start right away! If nothing else, it should release a nice "clean" smell while vacuuming and I am all for this!! The filter as-is works great and is very easy to clean, so it is not necessary. I have not needed to replace this filter in the over 2 years of ownership.-Frequently clean out the vac! While this thing is great at picking up everything, and the collection container is easily accessible and easily emptied, the vac itself can get clogged just like any other vacuum. However, the bottom of the vac easily detaches w/ a nifty button push, so you can clear the pathway from the brush to the collection container from time to time. I recommend having an old wire hanger unbent on standby to help in this task. After clearing, it once again is like new. The brush also needs a little TLC to cut away hair and string that wrap around and prevent the brushes from working correctly, LIKE EVERY OTHER VACUUM IN EXISTENCE!.-Keep in mind this is not a full fledged powered vacuum. Don't expect wonders on carpets. It is more designed as a "sweeper" to sweep visible debris away. Yes it has suction, but this is primarily to pull up the large debris the brush loosens to collect away. This works great on short fibered carpets to "look cleaner", but for a deep down clean, you will want to use a regular powerful vacuum.I really have no cons for this machine. I love it! Maybe the durability of the plastic components to stand up to abuse could be improved, but as I stated it has taken me over 2 years to cause a major break (and I have 4 children!). Even w/ the major break, the machine still performs great. So while I do currently own a broken handled vacuum sweeper, I am happily on Amazon to order another of the very same vac!

I purchased this item after extensive research of many brands and reviews. I was going to try a Dyson cordless but the price and negative comments of features made me shy away from it. I purchased this cordless Hoover as a B'Day present for my wife (I know, I know, it's really not an appropriate item to give ones' wife as a gift, but I was told by females I spoke to that it was ok if the item made things easier. It surely did, as I use it more than she does which makes it ok - right?) We have a long haired cat and dragging out the 30' hose for the built in or one of our portable plug-in models on a regular basis was a pain in the you-know-what. The features of this machine that finalized my decision was the stay on switch (2 position - brush on or off), stand alone feature, light weight and particularly the separate battery charger which enables one to plug it in anywhere and charge a second battery if so desired.We haven't had it long, but it is fantastic so far. Easy to use for anyone with arthritis, is powerful and the battery lasts long enough to do a quick job of the whole house (1200 square feet with mostly wood floors). It is amazing on it's ability to pick up cat hair from the area rugs, although one must be careful doing bathmat types as it sucks the mat into the brushes and jams them. A little balky at picking up dry cat food sized stuff but will do it.Easy to empty and clean the canister and hair and fibres have to be picked from the rotating brushes, but I found this must be done on any brush head to keep it in top operating condition. All in all, a great product, great service from Amazon, AND, the most important, a HAPPY WIFE!
