WHAT IS LIQUIDGLASS? HOW DOES IT WORK? In Simple Terms The glass that we use in our every day life, is mainly made of silicon dioxide (SiO2). Luvvitt's LIQUID GLASS is also mainly made of SiO2 that is in liquid form. It covers the screen with an additional layer of glass similar to a tempered glass. The difference Luvvitt LIQUID GLASS is not a tempered glass or a film. It is a cutting-edge, super durable, completely transparent liquid wipe-on screen protector that bonds to the glass of your device offering greatly enhanced scratch, moisture, and impact resistance. The German formula creates an invisible protective coating that increases the devices screen to 9H hardness. More in-depth At microscopic level, a glass is not as smooth as it seems. It's imperfect with gaps and pores. This porous surface creates points of weakness when exposed to sharp objects or impacts. Luvvitt LIQUID GLASS fills in the microscopic pores and coats the surface with an additional layer, resulting in stronger and more scratch resistant surface. APPLICATION CLEAN Clean all glass surfaces thoroughly with the cleaning wipe supplied in Sachet 1. Remove all traces of the cleaner and any lint by thoroughly buffing the glass with the microfiber cloth supplied. APPLY Apply the LIQUID GLASS coating wipe, supplied in Sachet 2 to the glass surface in a circular motion. Ensure the screen is completely coated including the edges. DRY Allow the glass surface to cure for at least 10 minutes. The longer you let it cure without touching the better. For this reason, it's recommended to apply it at night. The screen can be touched after 10 minutes however, glass surface will continue curing for the next 24 hours. BUFF Use the microfiber towel supplied in a circular motion to buff out and remove any excess residue from the glass surface. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE? (WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE LIQUID GLASS) Screen protection coverage is already INCLUDED (coverage amount depends on purchased product - see options below). Unlike traditional liquid screen protectors, LIQUID GLASS does NOT need to be re-applied every 1-3 months. The unique formula lasts up to two years while it's recommended to re-apply once per year. This is my preferred product for screen protection and have used it on my last 3 phones and smart watch. As I have aged, my touch sometimes doesn't work as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No Hassle screen coating

This product has a 2 step process. Clean then apply. The only time consuming it takes is the drying in between buffing with the microfiber cloth. But do before a chore or other task and you won't notice the time go by. I'm pretty thorough so I applied the step 2 twice on both sides over the course of a night. I'd take photos of my phone but it would look like a regular ass phone. But I can tell that there is something over the phone and it isn't smudging as easily. It feels almost criminal that I am leaving my screen without a screen cover of some kind but I'm putting the scratch resistance to the test with my day to day. But I am not going to be drop testing or shatter testing. I know better. Edit - It's been over 2 year with the product on my phone. I have had countless times that my phone fell out of my pocket because of life, and my phone is in a normal case too, but I was always in piece of mind because when I picked up that phone I would not find any cracks on the screen. There was something that eventually nicked the edge on the corner, more than likely a pebble, but the screen held firm and didnt crack at all, just left a dent. Alas, just recently my phone succumbed to my stupidity and I lifted a weighted object against my leg where the phone screen was there and I cracked it a good deal. Even still, the cracked screen feels very firm and hasn't shattered any further. than the point of pressure applied on it. I think this product did what it said it could do and more. Now, I never extended my coverage but I will be purchasing this product again with complete trust in it for my next phone.
