I got these for my husband. He is a world ranked power lifter and uses these for shoulder lubrication and range of motion. He says these are 2 pounds.

No muy conforme.

El producto llega golpeado sucio (Hay que lavarlo). Es demaciado caro para la sorpresa que te encuentras cuando llega. Me los quedo solo porque me aburre devolver un producto. NO LO RECOMIENDO

肩肘の痛みが消える！

重い荷物により左肩が、懸垂の練習で左肘を痛めてしまいました。時折ツーンとした痛みに数ヶ月悩まされてました。何か治す方法はないかと思っていたところYouTubeでインディアンクラブを知りました。海外ではかなりメジャーらしく多くのハウツー動画がありました。これは良さそうと思い7486円と高価でしたがAmazon配送なので思い切って注文してみました。塗装は少し雑ですが、自立するしバリなども無くかなり品質は良いです。重さを量ってみると481gと482gでした。 YouTubeには数多くの小技のやり方動画がありますが小技を覚えても前腕部がしんどくなるだけで肩肘の痛みにはあまり効果無かったです。 1番効果的だったのは、遠心力がかかるほど高速で大きく腕を回転運動させることでした。リハビリとして使うのであれば1-Poundが良いと思います。肩肘の痛みに悩んでる方にはお勧めします。
